Together with his team of Charlotte Ewbank & John Nugent, Spencer is busy preparing a range of menus for breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea and dinner! The dinner menu changes daily and offers a choice of delicious dishes using fresh ingredients sourced from the dales wherever possible. From the succulent local lamb and beef reared on the limestone pastures to the delicious range of Wensleydale cheeses, fresh fish, vegetarian options, homemade breads and heavenly puddings - our chefs aim to please.
