Stone House smooth chicken liver pate with apple and sultana chutney and toasted ciabatta

HERRING
Herring and anchovies Caesar salad; baby gem lettuce, croutes, parmesan shavings and classic Caesar dressing

TART
Local blue cheese and asparagus tart with mustard dressing and pea shoots

SECOND COURSE

VENISON
Roasted venison topside with crispy onions and blackcurrant jus

PORK
Pork fillet wrapped in Parma ham with beetroot purée and apple cider gravy

SEA BASS
Pan fried sea bass fillet with herb white wine sauce and wilted spinach

HADDOCK
Peroni beer battered haddock with home cut chips and tartar sauce

RISOTTO
Mushroom and mascarpone risotto topped with parmesan shavings and truffle oil

THIRD COURSE

GINGER
Stone House steamed ginger sponge with ginger wine sauce and vanilla ice cream

TIRAMISU
Mascarpone vanilla cream layered with coffee soaked sponge & dusted with cocoa powder

ICE CREAM
Palette of homemade ice cream

FRUIT
Fresh fruit salad in a light syrup served with choice of cream or ice cream

Cheese
A selection of local cheese from the board with fig chutney, grapes & biscuits
