Our Christmas and New Year House Parties are very popular and always booked up well in advance. If you would like to join us this year, we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.

Christmas at Stone House is very special. Every year we hold a House Party when we welcome guests who have been staying with us for many years, as well as those for whom a Stone House Christmas is a new experience.

Programme for 2008

Below is our programme for Christmas House Party 2008.

Christmas Eve
1pm onwards	Arrive at your leisure and settle in to your ensuite accommodation.
3 to 4 pm	Enjoy Afternoon Tea served from the dining room.
7 pm	Welcome Champagne Reception with Christmas Carols from the Hardraw Church Choir.
7.30-8.30pm	Festive Candlelit Dinner with music from harpist Katie Waters
Christmas Day
8.30-9.30 am	Wake up to Christmas and enjoy a leisurely breakfast from the Continental Breakfast buffet.
1 pm	Relax and enjoy the Stone House traditional Christmas Luncheon with specially selected wines.
8 pm onwards	The pure self-indulgence continues with a Christmas Night Supper
Boxing Day
9 - 10 am	Mr Crallan's Edwardian Country House Breakfast.
1 - 2 pm	Enjoy our mulled wine and savouries, served in the bar.
7 - 8 pm	Luxury Black tie Gourmet Tasting Menu, Music & Dancing with our Jazz Band
27 December
9 - 10 am	Full Yorkshire Breakfast
7 - 8 pm	Carving Buffet followed by the Stone House Casino
28 December
9 - 10 am	Farewell Yorkshire Breakfast

New Year's Eve
9 am to 10 am	Full Dales Breakfast
7 pm onwards	"Mama Mia!" ABBA Fancy Dress Party, Complimentary Bar, Carving Buffet, Disco, and dancing until late.
New Year's Day
10.30 am to 11.30 am	Mr Crallan's Edwardian Country House Brunch
7 pm onwards	Cocktails and Canapés in the Bar
7.30 pm onwards	Black Tie Gourmet Tasting Menu with live Jazz & Poker Tournament (fun money only!!)
2 January
9 am to 10 am	Farewell Yorkshire Breakfast
